Should i go to the doctors, got bit by insect and its swelling, hurting and itchy?

The cited symptoms are the normal reaction to an insect bite. A cool compress to slow the swelling and decrease the pain/itch may help. If this really spooks you, have it checked, but in general these self-resolve.
