Hyaline casts are an accumulation of proteins deriving from your kidney tubules which may appear in the urine from a variety of causes - please see your doctor for further information and testing. LPF means low power field under the microscope.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, hyaline casts alone are not a cause for concern and may be seen in normal urine. Wish you good health!
