A fist to fist to fist bump is not sexual contact. Blood to blood in sex acts, or a dirty needle is a method of contracting HIV and other STDS. Always practice safe sex and be aware of open cuts or wounds on both partners during any type of sex. Bleeding gums is another pathway for disease.
