Is there a difference between crp and hscrp as serum c reactive protein level came back as 1mg/l and less than 3 weeks later hs crp 6.68 mg/l and what results could mean?

Are you sure the first one is 1 mg/L or 1 mg/dL? The hs CRP is used to see if the mildly elevated CRP is clinically significant (high risk), above 3 mg/L is significant.
