If you can function well enough to proceed with your daily activities, even if slower, you may be able to self-monitor. If not, or if you cannot hydrate well enough to pee every 6 hrs, it may be best to go to urgent care for an evaluation. Fresh bananas, rice, apples (sauce or whole) and breads are good foods to firm up poop.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. You may try taking Imodium for diarrhea. If that does not resolve the matter in a couple of days, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
