As a cancer survivor 10 years clear age 21m how do i not freak out about weight loss especially when it's easily rationalized (smaller meals, working more often, fewer snacks? 20lbs lost over a year 270 initially currently 250 lost cuz of diet?

That is not considered a significant weight loss over one year because you were overweight and you have been on diet. In unintentional weight loss due to malignant disease, anorexia and losing appetite play a role. You should not freak out.
