Hypoglycemia occurs when you have more circulating insulin than sugar that needs disbursing to the cells. More insulin drops the blood sugar level, even to life threatening levels. Your post did not include important info: type of diabetes, insulin or pills/usual level of control or other factors that influence outcome. You are welcome to start over with data we can use, or just call your doc.

Certain fruits, e.g. lychee, can cause drop in blood glucose. It is possible that raw grapes may have a similar effect. If you have a recurrence, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
