Does a large collection of debris pus faeces that leaks from bowel all way down to obturtor foramin have to be drained, or can it dissolve on its own, basically my question is must it be drained or please advise what else can happen to get it out?

It should be cleaned out. It is not a good idea to let it dissolve by itself because it would take much longer, meaning longer days of illness and lots of scarring.
