How did it happen?: What you described sounds like physical abuse. If any one hit you, it is imperative that you report it to police and get out of any contact with that person. What you think is a swollen lymph node may be bleeding into the tissue. If you do not wish to talk to police, talk to your clergy, your parents or an other adult that you have rapport with.
