I tripped carrying a box downstairs and landed on my foot, bending it inwards. not as much pain in the ankle, most of it is in the top of my foot, especially when i move my toes or rotate my foot. no visible swelling, can walk with limp. treatment?

It is difficult to determine the extent of your injury. It is possible you sublimed the cuboid bone. Check the range of motion ROM. Making a circle in both directions. Clockwise and counterclockwise if the injured foot is limited then that is your diagnosis. Not all podiatrist are knowledgeable in this area and injury
