The standard HIV blood tests (for both HIV antigen and antibody, i.e. AgAb or "4th generation" tests) are almost conclusive at 30 days, but not quite; 6 weeks is necessary for a truly conclusive negative result.

Agree with Dr. H. If the result with a 4th gen combo test is positive, it is conclusive. A negative result needs to be repeated at 6 weeks after exposure. HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
