Is it normal to have a high number of neutrophiles in the blood (85.81 ,should be between 40-70) and a low level of lymphocyte (9,68 , should be between 22-44) after being injected local anesthesia lidocane hydrochloride 2% and epinephrine 1:100 ?

I would ask team doing the injection neutrophiles can tend to aggregate along vessel walls and in the spleen. A shot of epinephrine, if if gets directly into you blood stream, can make spleen contract and may disturb peripheral count for a bit. Was the injection being given to drain an infection. Infection can increase neurophil %. Discuss with local team what is "normal" in folks like you there
