I would ask team doing the injection neutrophiles can tend to aggregate along vessel walls and in the spleen. A shot of epinephrine, if if gets directly into you blood stream, can make spleen contract and may disturb peripheral count for a bit. Was the injection being given to drain an infection. Infection can increase neurophil %. Discuss with local team what is "normal" in folks like you there
