Have UTIs have been clearly documented by proper professional evaluation, including positive tests for typical UTI bacteria (E. coli and others)? Sex definitely can trigger UTI, in which case easy prevention is a single dose of antibiotic immediately before or after sex; or 3 times a week, whichever is more frequent. Infectious diseases specialists are most knowledgeable in this area. Good luck.

What you are getting is not UTI but its symptoms. In certain positions of sex the area of the bladder called Trigone gets irritated and gives the same symptoms as UTI. You are doing all the right things. Try finding a different position/positions then what you are using now for sex and you will find the ones which do not result in those symptoms. Good luck.
