Go get evaluated for the potential cause and on treatment to control the blood pressure. Elevated blood pressure over time causes damage that may be permanent to a variety of organ systems.

The sooner you get it addressed with your doc the better. Given your age and significantly elevated values work up will likely be needed along with treatment. Both acute and long term complications are likely if left unaddressed.
