Ive been having a issue of having every 5 minutes to go number 2 but its just water and brown dots and its extremely painful also having to pee very often?

Most likely you have a viral enteritis which will soon pass. :-) Ask others living/working/eating with you in last 7-14 days how they are doing. If you kids are in a day care ask the day care folks if anything if going around there. Ask all you have eaten with in last few days if they have same think. Then find what you and others are that got sick. And those that did not get sick. Analyze.

You might have proctitis or hemorrhoids and need to be examined before a diagnosis is made. Use a sitz bath or soak on a warm basin and OTC anusol ointment while waiting to be seen. Hope you feel better
