I went swimming in the chesapeake 4th of july and the very next day my foot was swollen on the top of it. i may have been stung by jellyfish as i saw one. there is no change in color. its gone down quite a bit put still swollen?

A jellyfish sting is painful and obvious. More likely, you had some kind of scratch or small wound that got contaminated water into it and caused a skin infection. It is important to see a Dr in order to have your foot evaluated. You may need an antibiotic to resolve the issue.
