Probably NO: Tick and flea medications are very strong and have chemicals that can cause skin reactions and you do not want these chemicals getting absorbed through your skin into your blood stream. The medication was probably on your palms, some of the thickest skin on your body usually does not get into the blood stream. If you have not developed a rash then you were not allergic . Wash hands.
