This should self-= heal over time if you let it. I would keep it clean but not apply Vaseline or other oils that may be interfering with the healing process. Hydrogen peroxide a couple times a day will reduce germ amount locally, dried well after use followed by a thin layer of antibiotic cream (not ointment) should be enough to promote healing within 1-2 weeks.

Pl stop vaseline and coconut oil. Use OTC triple antibiotic ointment and cover with band aid daily till it heals.
