I have been experiencing a slight pain from my testicles (from left more) time to time it is not any bad or making me any any uncomfortable should i see a doctor? i sit to much and my way of siting puts pressure on it, can it be the cause?

Persistent pain in a testicle could be caused by multiple things (cysts, infection, tumor, referred pain from a hernia, skin condition). A clinician should examine it and consider a urine sample or ultrasound

Yes it could. Adjust your clothing and posture when sitting so the testicles are not feeling the pressure. If not better after a while see a Urologist- for you have to be examined before a diagnosis can be made
