Having squeezing sensation in upper left abdomen for 2 weeks. trigger by leaning forward, twisting, posture. not describe it as painful, more like simple squeezing pressure. if i move to position i was before trigger, it goes away until leaning again?

The upper left abdomen consists of the stomach, small and large intestines, left kidney, spleen, and pancreas. Pain can all be referred from the left chest which includes the left lung and heart, which are most concerning organs especially age 40 and above. Also ribs and chest wall/abdominal muscles. A good history and physical exam from a clinician can tease out the source of the pain
