My problem is pain in my wrist did not hit it or anything it is real tender when touched the pain goes to my finger the one next to my thumb and now i'm starting to feel the same thing in my right hand?

More info would be needed such as your sports activities, use of computer keyboard, repetitive movements, etc to provide you with some guidance. Have your physician examine you, but you may be suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome.
