A member asked:

Can a high fever cause vision changes? it's like i can see the electricity in the air. looking at a white background, its like tiny black dots jumping all around. also have spots in both eyes like i looked at the sun. fever was last night?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fever per se does not affect vision. The cause of fever may affect vision. What you described suggest floaters, that are common. If there has been a change in floaters or if you have flashes of light, it would be prudent to consult a ophthalmologist.
