Dehydration: Drink fluids, use Tylenol to control fever, and please discuss COVID 19 screening. If you continue to have fever and vision changes, you must see the urgent care/Emergency department for an evaluation. Watch for respiratory difficulty, vomiting and headache. Other causes include pneumonia, sepsis or influenza, an evaluation is indicated.
