A while ago i had painful pimples around my genital area. i recently got rid of them but now it looks like my skin is burnt off , the pain is still there and there is discharge. i dont know what this could be?

From what you described I would be concerned about the possibility of infection. Burnt skin?, pain, and discharge suggest there could be an infection such as cellulitis with underlying abscess if there is discharge. I would speak with a doctor, either your primary or a gynecologist. Sometimes a simple antibiotic may help depending on the cause.
