From what you describe I would consider this less likely due to the rubbing alcohol and more to the sexual activity that preceded it. Such a ritual would not protect you from various sexually diseases which could be why you have problems now. Have this evaluated.

Alcohol is a great irritant for the genital skin. Pl stop. Use a cortisone cream locally till healed. It does not affect fertility.
