Why is my blood watery? i cut my self and instead of my blood being dark red, it was lighter than usual and became quite liquidly, it wasn't as thick and instead seeped a lot of clear liquid and little blood, i'm a healthy male with no known issues?

In addition to red blood cells a laceration will also secrete white blood cells and serum. Being very anemic or having a low platelet count are other causes of thin blood. I suspect your normal blood was diluted by serum.
