You find a doctor that practices Obstetrics and Gynecology or at least has training in that area, you have a history/physical and labs done to find the status of your condition. You then make a plan with that doc on how you manage this chronic condition to meet your long-term goals. Cases differ in intensity & effect on life. No one plan fits all.
