A member asked:

What does hyper inflated clear lung fields mean ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

This is wording suggesting a process like asthma where air is trapped in the lungs or that the person took too deep a breath before the x-ray was taken. All readings are based on an average deep breath. Under or hyperinflation is just a code for this, all such readings should be interpreted by the doc that knows the case.
