Ive had these small clusters of white bumps on the underside of my penis since november 2021. they have not itched, hurt, or cracked at all. but when i shower the area gets inflamed, but still no pain or itching. they do not resemble ppp. hsv2?

Although such white bumps on the penis are usually not serious & yours have been present for 7 months, I recommend consulting a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and advice essentially to rule out serious conditions that would require testing,treatment.or follow-up.
