Hello doctor. please, i did a vaginal swab and the result shows "pus cells 0-1/hpf", epithelial cells 10-12/hpf, clue cells absent, red blood cells absent, yeast cells absent, others absent. what does it means please?

Clue cells are seen in bacterial vaginosis - so you don't have that. You don't have yeast infection, there is no blood and very rare pus, and just skin cells. Would still have to do culture to check for overgrowth of ureoplasma/ mycoplasma and chlamydia/ strep if symptoms or concern ( may occur w/o symptoms also ) and would have to look for or culture for Trichomonas.
