I did contract chlymadia but took the medicine to cure it. its been two weeks and i did not disinfect my toliet, can i contract it again.my bathroom is small and damp. also, i have a broken lower spine, will this infection affect my low back more?

Nobody ever catches chlamydia (or any STD) by contact with toilets or other objects in the environment. No risk whatsoever, whether or not you disinfected the toilet. Chlamydia cannot be having any affect on your lower back pain.

No . You will be fine. If you have a window in the bathroomm open it for a while. Or leave the bathroom ajar and put a small table fan in there for circulation.
