What foods increase stomach acid?

This is a great question because what you eat has far less to do with acid reflux than how and how much you eat. Overeating is the main cause. Sleeping on your right side aggravates the problem because the stomach is suspended from its greater curvature allowing its contents to dump into the esophagus. Forget what causes it, the food that best prevents and alleviates reflux is mustard.
