Hard to know without some history, exam and tests. This suggests something like chlamydia (STD) or a UTI. There are other possibilities.

Your symptoms are suggestive of urinary infection. You should see a doctor as you may need prescription medication for treatment. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!

A simple lab test will help diagnose. Correct diagnosis required for correct treatment. See your GP, Urgent Care if you don't have a GP, or see a Urologist. At 19 if you are in college, go to Student Health.
