What is the purpose of taking duphaston ( a progesterone formula) in your case? If it is prescribed for your menstrual abnormality, you can switch the current OC pill (estrogen + progesterone) to just progesterone pill or mini pill only. If you take duphaston on top of the OC pill, the total dose of progesterone will be higher and you should still have your menses after you finish both.
