My grandmother had covid on mothers day on june 19 it still says she has covid in her system. she was feeling very sick with fever sharp pain and throwing up. does it mean she got covid again or is it still in her system from last time?

It is difficult to call all fever and throwing up COVID because a lot of infections come that way. If the test is positive it could mean she relapsed which could occur or got reinfected. If your mother is ill let her see a doctor so she could be examined and appropriately treated. There are now medications to treat COVID.
