Is shingles contagious after 6 weeks since the appearance of the rash? even if there was no direct contact with the lession?

Shingles is not passed from one to another like a sore throat. The germ causes chickenpox, and someone exposed to the debris from the sores could get chickenpox if they never had it. It is not passed in the air like chickenpox and once the wounds have dried out & healed there is no further risk.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson, it is not contagious at 6 weeks after the onset of rash. For info: https://www.nia.nih.gov/health/infographics/5-things-you-need-know-about-shingles#:~:text=Generally%20shingles%20is%20not%20contagious,have%20it%20more%20than%20once.
