Infection?????? Any virus that has circulated in your blood stream may show up in menstrual blood. There are too many to count viruses that have part of their life cycle moving through the body in the blood. The question by itself is confusing. I know of no virus that selectively infects menstrual blood.

The only viruses transmitted commonly by blood contact are HIV and hepatitis B and C. No others. And hep C almost never is transmitted by heterosexual intercourse, with or without blood contact. And for hep B and C, and HIV, blood does not increase the risk anyway: the amount of virus is the same in vaginal fluids as in blood. If any doubt, get tested for HIV, hep b, and (maybe) hep C. Good luck
