Since you likely share the same strain of Covid, I see no reason for you to separate/isolate from each other. She should isolate from others for a minimum of 5 days, and if you have passed that isolation period you can do the chores that involve outside contact. Please sanitize your hands often if you go out as you can transfer germs you may acquire from the shared setting.
