I was 29yr when i started have acne, which came out of the blue i, and m also a male. the only timeline i can remember when it first began is about 2/3 weeks before our first covid shots were available. never had acne before. what causing this?

Acne do develop in adults although less commonly than in teenagers. You will get best help from seeking advice from a skin specialist(Dermatologist). I do not think Covid shots have anything to do with this development.
