My ankle has been hurting for about a week now. it feels like a burning sensation in the outside part of my right ankle, with pins and needles feeling in my big and second toes. what could this be? i have tendonitis in my hips and back?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor to exclude neuropathy. Wish you good health!
