See original surgeon: First thought would be to see orthopedic surgeon who placed titanium & decide if his/her advice is reasonable. Otherwise consider 2nd orthopedic opinion.Pins & needles symptom suggests pressure on nerve which needs to be relieved. Also, relief of pain appears to be somewhat urgent. Removal of titanium might be an option. Good luck.
