Urethras heal and you will not get a stricture. Try drinking plenty of fluids avoid spicy food and alcohol and take OTC Azo for a few days (it will turn urine deep yellow) you should be fine.

First confirm the diagnosis; cycling is not a likely cause of urethral inflammation. Most cases of the STD nongonococcal urethritis test negative for diagnosable infections. If you are sexually active, you may need additional testing and perhaps antibiotic treatment. Australia's federally funded sexual health centres are the world's top network of such clinics. Visit your nearest SHC. Good luck.
