Stretchy egg white vaginal discharges occured twice in a cycle 11 days apart. period is late. does that mean my estrogen surged twice with no ovulation (lh surge)? is there a way to induce lh surge in this case? thank you?

"Egg white" vaginal discharge is associated with pre-ovulation increased estrogen levels but is subjective and not a reliable indicator. You don't indicate the timing of the discharges but you should get a period (or a positive pregnancy test) about two weeks later if it was an ovulation. There are a couple of medications, given under medical supervision, that can induce ovulation.
