Plese talk to your doc to be sure but it sounds like you are producing normal pre-ejaculatory fluid that health males produce when aroused. If your ejaculations are sooner than you and your spouse would like you can seek the help of a qualified sex therapist but again, that may simply be due to high levels of arousal. The fluid is from sexual arousal. It does not mean you have 'much'. Your fast ejaculation is probably due to eagerness due to your lack of what you consider infrequent sex.
