Got a dresser from consignment shop 2 days ago. i now hear an old mirror from the same stop was then sold and began leaking mercury in the buyers house. fire dep. told buyer house is now contaminated. could my dresser from same store also be? issue?

These stores sell old products that are possible defective and harmful. Have your dresser examined by a handyman or carpenter. I'm from MALDEN originally, good luck.

Could be was mirror on your dresser. You need a check by a reliable mercury detection company. The amount of mercury must be very small.
