Sounds like: you may require a D&C ( "scraping" cleaning) which is a minor GYN procedure/ Sometimes a HORMONAL INJECTION ("Medical' D&C) is possible...YOU SHOULD CONTACT your GYN as soon as practicable... Hope this is helpful Dr Z

TSH level 4.50, going to Dr. Tuesday for it. My period will NOT stop, larger than normal clots and just bright red blood and its day 6! Taking Lysteda but not working well. Not filling pads every two hrs. Cramps, contractions out of control. Advice?
Sorry for this information. I started my periods on the 04th of January and it still has not stopped. I'm using pads for super flow as much as changing every hour. It also contains clots. I don't have a cramps or stomach pains. Thank you for the help?
