I have redness on my upper lip only ( between lips and nose) and burns sometimes, doctor prescribed hydrocortisone ointment locoid for 10 days and it was gone completely for 4 days then it returned. its very red and visible. nothing works?

Can lipstick,lip balm or other cosmetics be to blame? Are you having nasal discharge or blowing/rubbing your nose excessively? If no to all these questions, I recommend consulting a dermatologist for evaluation & advice.
