You didn't have unprotected anal or vaginal sex,there was no exchange of bodily fluids which entered your blood stream & I consider it a low risk for hiv transmission. If you're still concerned get a test 4 weeks & then 3 months after exposure.

While the risk of HIV transmission in above mentioned scenario is negligible, the type of sexual encounter (with stranger) will make you prone to health related anxiety if it continues indefinitely. Using condoms consistently will give you peace of mind as the risk for STD’s transmission will remain insignificant.

While the risk of catching HIV from what you described, is negligible, there are other STDs you could catch, e.g, HPV, herpes, syphilis, LGV, pubic lice and skin infections. Get HPV vaccine.
