Hello, i have done 2 upper earlobe and nose piercings which got infected, i am on course of amoxicillin 500mg 2x a day for 5days and a topical antibiotic, is this enough for infection to clear and for me to keep piercings?

Time will tell. It depends on if you infection is sensitive to amox. I would wait until all cleared up befroe more ear piercing and sterilize all devices you use to pierce with,
