A member asked:

What can cause constant cramping and pressure in the pelvic region? this would be the area of menstrual cramps, but these symptoms are not always accompanied by bleeding. it started with a few extra crampy days before a period then became daily?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If your periods remain regular with no change in amount of blood flow or clots, I doubt a hormonal imbalance is the cause. Uterine fibroids, endometriosis ,pelvic inflammatory disease are possibilities. Your gynecologist is best to evaluate and advise you.
